hi I was using my printer a few days ago and have gone to print something out today but it will not do anything  all it keeps doing is flashing an envelope and droplet symbol. I've changed the ink so it's fresh ink and it still won't work and won't connect to the WiFi either I just need some help please.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand that you are not able to print., I am glad to assist you

 

The ink drop icon is related to Instant Ink. If the printer is not enrolled in Instant Ink, make sure both the ink cartridges used in the printer are not Instant Ink cartridges.

Use regular HP ink cartridges.

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

 

Turn off web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Try printing.
