hp deskjet 2700 information light on permanently

i purchased new printer after completining set up and printed and scaned alignment page i started to print some items i noticed the oeange information stay on permanently iluminated not blinking is this normal thay it stays on there is nothing else wrong no paper jam it still allows me to print ive tried reset but as soon as printer is back on orange information light is also on

I understand the information light is ON

Information button: Print out a printer information page on its current status.

Information light: If the light is blinking in white and the Wi-Fi Direct icon on the display is blinking fast at the same time, press the Information button to confirm a connection.

If it is amber (possibly blinking), it indicates an HP Instant Ink warning or error. Press the button to print an information page, check the HP Instant Ink section for diagnostic results, and then follow the instructions on the page.

Could you press the information button to print an information page and share it?

Hello community!

When the information light is on, your printer is asking for your attention. When you press the exclamation button, your printer will print an information page that may help you understand what is going on. The following link may also help you:

Another option would be to download Scan Doctor so that the application reads your printer and identifies the error:
