Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer
I have installed a new HP deskjet 2700 printer - I previously had HP deskjet 2600.
Everything has been set up correctly but the information icon light is permanently lit with an orange light, plus there is an ! mark on the display (see photo) but I cannot find any reported errors on the printer.
So far I have tried:
- uninstalled and reinstalled all the software
- pulled power cord from the back, removed plug from wall, waited a few minutes and plugged it back in
- repeated the same above but into a different plug socket
- updated my HP scan doctor
- disconnected and reconnected wifi
I also get emails from HP Instant Ink saying Action Needed: Printer Connection Lost - even though when I log into my account it shows it is connected to my printer and no errors are showing.
If anyone can help I would be really grateful!
Many thanks
