i recently bought a used hp deskjet 3755 i was excited to start printing but have spent over 4 hours and nothing i am a 24 year old young professional and am very familiar when it comes to tech i have plugged the printer in inserted a brand new black ink no color ink however i then download the hp smart app connected via wifi but during setup was requested to plug in via usb which i did also the printer says ready it will print out tests but when i try to print one of my own images it says error and wont print ive downloaded the printer helper tried the virtual agent (which is absolutely terrible) and i feel hopeless if someone can shed some light as to what i may be doing wrong please help me

i keep getting a "print que issue is not fixed" message

@firstprint, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print. Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the connectivity between the devices.

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

​​​​​​​If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Use the full-feature printer driver to print and check if this helps:

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.
