My HP Envy 6020 all-in-one printer (enrolled with Instant Ink) worked fine for a year, then would only print one page before saying it was offline. I uninstalled, reinstalled, it printed one page fine, then said offline again. I tried a factory reset, but the wireless connection stopped working half way through and the reset failed. Printer now flashes E0 error constantly. I can connect to it using a USB cable and HP Scan Doctor, but this shows Device Error Detected, and the Device Status tab has a red cross. Using Windows 11. Any help really appreciated!

Hi @LD59,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are getting E0 error on your HP Envy 6020 all-in-one printer.
An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge.
This occurs when one or both ink cartridges need attention. Reseat both cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary.

Hi Rainbow. Thanks for the reply. The cartridges are new from Instant Ink. I tried cleaning and resetting - no change. The error came up straight after the factory reset failed halfway through (internet dropped out). I've actually unsubscribed to instant ink and am buying a Canon PIXMA ink tank, as the HP instant ink has been a real pain. Thanks anyhow, Dave 🙂
