Microsoft Windows Server 2019

I bought an HP Envy 7155  and it is not printing yellow colors, I tried restarting the printer, tried cleaning  the cartridges. Nothing is working. has anyone had issue?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Did you clean the ink cartridge to the third cycle?

If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. Repeat these steps for the third cleaning stage, if necessary.

NOTE: 

If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform both levels of cleaning again.

Manually clean the area around the ink nozzles

Refer to step 13 in this document.

 

Print a print quality diagnostics page to check the results.

 

If the issue persists, the issue could be with the tri-color ink cartridge.
