Product: hp envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used to automatically print 2 sides, but, only works if I 'air print' from google docs via iPhone.  PC will not do auto double side without flipping and reinserting paper from pc win10 now.  what gives? thanks, Mark

Hi Mark,

Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right-click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now try printing again and check for any difference.
