hp envy photo 7155 not printing color

hp envy photo 7155 used to print in color and now it will not.  i have trouble shot from the hp website and it did not fix the problem.  i do not use the printer everyday.  it has been like this for about six months.

I see that the printer does not print in color and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

This could be an issue with the ink cartridge or the ink system.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Also, use this document “Storing Opened Cartridges and Printheads”. for future reference. If you do not use the printer for long you can remove the ink and store them separately to avoid any clogging or drying of ink.
