I just signed up for the HP Instant Ink program today but when I sign into my account and go under Ink Shipment, yes I know they are closed today on a sunday but there's an error message that says they cannot ship my ink because they can't read my ink levels. I already threw out my old ink cartridge last week because it was empty so there are no cartriges in my printer at all right now.
So instead of buying a new one at the store a friend told me about Instant Ink. Does anyone know if they will still automatically ship me my ink and can they read what type of printer I have? Or do I need to call HP on Monday and speak to someone?

A Welcome Kit consisting of a color and black ink will be shipped to you once you enroll the printer.
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly.

Thanks for replying. An order was placed yesterday to ship you a color and black. Don't worry, it will be delivered to you soon. It takes about 4 to 10 business days. Once the tracking number is generated you will receive an email notification.
