Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

I have a Laserjet Pro M404dn when you turn it on you get a 0XDD000F08 ERROR_CODE SX KERNEL_EXEC error on the screen and no buttons work. If you reboot with a Network or USB cable installed you get a display error of  "A problem has offered with a critical system file. A printer update will be installed to fix this problem."  Except it never does.
If I attach the printer to the computer with a usb cable the computer never sees the printer to force a bios update. I would like to download the most current bios files and install via a usb port on the printer but I can't seem to fine where I can find the proper bios file to download to the USB.  Just the regular .exe file which doesn't work.

to install from USB you need to extract the .FUL2 file from the .exe file by opening the .exe file with an archive program like 7ZIP
