hp officejet 5740 all in one printer

I have an older hp officejet 5740 that I recently used the double sided print option to copy a document for the first time. It is easy enough to turn on but I can not find a way to return to regular single sided print. It is an infrequently used device in my home and I no longer have the original purchase documentation. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
