Hello,

 

I updated my software to windows 10 and my printer stopped working.  It gave me messages of "install printhead". I did a search on google and tried doing a hard reset as per the steps on HP website.  Now its stuck at animation showing "install printhead". Its in a never ending loop and I am unable to use my printer. Please help.

Did you try pressing the Question mark, Back arrow or the home icon and check if they respond?

 

I'm afraid this seems a possible hardware issue with the printer. If you have done a hard reset and the screen is stuck at the animation video, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
