Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

hello,

i just buy 2 days a go a second hadn hp 7740 printer but first time i can work with 2 trays but after 1 print was a error of paper tray 1 "saying its open or emty" then i get a error of the printheads but after a power reset with the power cord pult out, those errors weare gone,

 

then i start to print again and afther approximale 5 prints its start again the error paper tray 1 "saying its open or emty" bust its not empty,

when i pul the paper tray complete out and back in then i get no pop up message about the paper tray.

that setting ar also not off.

 

the weird part is that paper tray 2 is working. and paper try 1 does not working.

 

wat i did try already.

printer push off and on its not working

when the printer is on the power cord pull out and wait for 60 a 120 seconds its not working

the printer is up to date

reset to the factory settings  its not working

cleaning the paper tray and guides guides its not working

 

have someone a idee what i can try 

ps the printer on network (trough wiffi)
