I have a similar problem, I have two of these 8600 Pro Plus printers. One has a bad print head (lets call it A) but I cant use the ink cartridges from unit A in unit B for some reason they have been coded for use in only unit A.
1. How can I use these brand new X-large cartridges that were put in unit A before I discovered the print head had a probelm and use them in unit B?
2. If I cant do the above #1, can I install the print head in unit B into unit A and then continue to use all the X large ink cartridges?
