Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp officejet pro 6830

cannot manually move the printer cartridge carrier...cannot see any obstructions and it will not slide to the left with power either on or off. Get both paper jam and cartridge error messages. Already checked for paper jams in the usual locations. Tried rebooting/resetting multiple times. Thanks in advance for your insights.
