My printer keeps printing out the same page over and over. I tried canceling the job, turning the printer off, unplugging the printer. HP's virtual assistant chat is useless, and the HP Print and scan doctor just does a basic check and says everything is OK. NO! it is not. Is there a hard reboot that will allow me to end this infinite loop print cycle?
