Product: officejet pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. 

i just bought the Hp officejet pro 7740, and this product is wonderful only that it does not print on A3 in color.

i have however, do all the setting and nothing change.

please, i seriously need help.

Hi,

Such behavior would likely occur due to using a generic class driver and lacking the manufacturer driver.

 

Let's try installing its latest drivers below, then check for any difference when printing A3:
