hp officejet pro 8130e series printhead problem

when I try to print I get a message that says that there is a printhead problem. Printer is quite new and won't have printed 50 pages yet

 If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8134e All-in-One Printer is showing a printhead problem despite being nearly new and lightly used, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Restart the Printer

• Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
• Wait for about 60 seconds.
• Plug it back in and turn it on.

Check the Ink Cartridges

• Open the printer and ensure all cartridges are properly seated.
• Remove and reinsert each cartridge to ensure good contact.
• Make sure you're using original HP cartridges—non-HP or refilled cartridges can cause issues.

Clean the Printhead Contacts

• Power off the printer and unplug it.
• Open the access door and gently remove the printhead.
• Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water to clean the copper-colored contacts on the printhead and inside the printer.
• Let everything dry for 10 minutes before reinserting.

Update Firmware

• Go to the HP Support page.
• Download and install the latest firmware and software updates.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

• Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool.
• It can automatically detect and fix many common printing issues.
