Problem many of us are having is unable to print a 4x6 photo on the 9025e printer. The last 1/8 or so part of the paper is turned - looks like the roller lose traction near the end.
This is on a brand new printer (same as others) so it is not a matter of cleaning the roller.
The paper meets the specification by the printer and all settings are set correctly and using the tray 2.
What's the solution or does the printer not support 4x6 printing?!

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that your printer is not picking up 4x6 photo paper.
This printer supports 4x6 size paper.
Reset the printer
Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.
-
If your printer has a rechargeable battery, remove it.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
-
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
-
Wait 60 seconds.
-
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE:HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
-
Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
