Product: hp officejet pro x451dw printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp officejet pro x451dw printer giving error code 0xb80989AC p1 0xe00989AC.  Worked just fine earlier.  I have unplugged and restarted, removed cartridges and restarted, but it continues to throw this error.

Not familiar with this error code and could not find any online solutions.  You can try a factory reset.  Enter support menu:

 

X451
1. Press the Back button.
2. Press the Cancel button.
3. Press the Back button twice.

 

This model has been discontinued.  I have not worked on one in a long time.  if this does not work.  Power off printer.  Power on and hold power button for 20 seconds.   Think about replacing this unit.  These errors usually indicate a printhead or ink system problem.
