Product: MFP M477fnw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp printer MFP M477fnw error code 79 and it is stuck initializing over and over and over.  Tried turning off power at switch and unplugging.

Was your printer registered with Google Cloud Print? It might be the same issue that hit us this morning.

 

We needed to restore the printer settings to defaults.
