Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp smart app doesn't list Word documents officejet 9100. the "print documents" button in the HPSmart app brings up a directory of documents that contains only PDFs, no docs saved in Word, Excel etc.

This is normal behavior.

HP Smart does not print Word documents.

 

Open the Word document and print from there.
