hp3700 is connected and shows ready but wont print.

I have set of the hp 3700 all in one to our home network. It shows status of Ready, and will display the ink levels on the hp app. I can even scan but it will not PRINT!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information

What is the current OS you are using?

Is the print job stuck in a queue? If yes, click here for troubleshooting.

If your printer shows offline, click here. 

Update the firmware and see if that works.
