i am having an erroe on my hp envy pro 6455

i tried to factory restore my hp envy pro 6455 printer and the restore was interrupted. from that moment my printer has showing error 0E i having tried what ever i know but is not working. help me.

Let's restore the printer to factory defaults-

 

To restore the printer to the original factory defaults, follow the below instructions-

 

1. Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area.

2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.
