Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so i have been trying to connect my iphone with bluetooth to finish setting up printer but it wont connect. i have also tried connecting it to my laptop windows 10 but it says it cant be found. i tried dowloading the driver and scanner but again it stops and says it cant be found. it is connected to my wifi and they all are on the same one. i tried putting the ip but it cant be found.

Bluetooth Connectivity Issues
