Hi! @natarajs, Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand you have print quality issues with your printer.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Have you tried checking with a different ink cartridge?

Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?

Have you tried printing using a different application?

Splendid analysis and remarkable patience shown. It is immensely appreciated.

Replace low, faulty or empty ink cartridges on your printer.

Try printing using a different brand of paper and check if the issue persists.

Try changing the print setting from the application you are using to print.

Try updating the printer firmware and check if it helps.

Update the printer firmware using this link. Click Here

Manually clean the area around the ink nozzles

Check for ink smears on the back of printouts

If there are smears of ink on the back of your printouts, you can use an automated tool to resolve the issue.

  1. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.

  2. Load paper into the input tray.

  3. Press and hold the Power button, press the Cancel button (three times, press the Start Copy Color button (eight times, and then release the Power button.

The printer feeds one page slowly. The printer might make some noise for approximately one minute.

  4. Wait until the page is out of the printer before you remove it.

  5. Examine the test page.
