Hi, my Samsung C9201 printer consistently shows different kinds of errors and i wanted to format the hard disk to clear all the errors and factory reset. Samsung c9201 unix script files x2 and HDD image x1. the serial number is Z8L5B1BG200011H 

Can anyone please help.
