Hi @LynJ753,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're experiencing issues with printing blank pages from your iPad and iPhone to your HP printer, there could be several reasons behind it. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check Ink Levels: Make sure that your printer has enough ink or toner. Sometimes, printers will produce blank pages if the ink or toner is low or empty.
- Clean Print Heads: If the ink cartridges are not clogged, try cleaning the print heads. Most printers have a built-in option for this in the settings menu.
- Restart Devices: Sometimes, simply restarting your printer, iPad, and iPhone can resolve connectivity issues.
- Update Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up-to-date. You can usually do this through the printer's settings menu or by visiting the HP website.
- Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPad and iPhone. Also, make sure that AirPrint is enabled on your printer.
- Reset Printer Settings: Try resetting your printer's settings to factory defaults. This can often resolve any configuration issues that may be causing the problem.
- Forget and Reconnect Wi-Fi: On your iPad and iPhone, forget the Wi-Fi network your printer is connected to, then reconnect to it. Sometimes, this can help resolve connectivity issues.
- Try a Different App: If you're using a specific app to print, try printing from a different app to see if the issue persists.
Regarding the default password issue, it's possible that the default password has been changed. Try using any passwords that you might have set up previously. If you're unable to remember the password, you may need to perform a factory reset on your printer to restore it to its default settings. However, keep in mind that this will erase any custom settings or configurations you have set up on the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
