Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- Step 1: Clear any jammed paper
- Step 2: Make sure the carriage can move freely
- Step 3: Make sure the ink cartridges are inserted correctly
- Step 4: Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet
- Step 5: Reset the printer
