hi
wonder if anyone can help ,
I bought a twin set of 304 ink cartridges off ebay , 1 black and 1 tri-colour ,
used the black no problems , come to use the coloured on yesterday and the pink colour isn't working
just the blue and yellow , I did the usual cleaning and setting up of the printer but still no joy,
so I removed cartridge and gently wiped print head with a tissue and there is only blue and yellow ink
coming out ?
the packaging says its Malaysia dec 2020 so still in date , how do I get a replacement for the faulty part ?

I understand the color ink cartridge you bought is defective and you have already tried the necessary troubleshooting steps.
As the ink cartridge is in warranty, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.
