Hi @xxx2102,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Ink Leakage Issue for HP DeskJet 3630 Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check for Proper Cartridge Installation:

  • Make sure the ink cartridges are correctly installed in their designated slots. Incorrect installation can lead to ink leakage.
  • Remove and reinsert the cartridges, ensuring they click securely into place.

Inspect Cartridges for Damage:

  • Examine the ink cartridges for any visible damage or defects which might cause leakage, such as cracks or broken seals.
  • If a cartridge seems damaged, it may need replacement.

Clean Printer Interior:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  • Open the access door and carefully clean any ink residue inside the printer using a lint-free cloth.

Use Genuine HP Cartridges:

  • Ensure you are using genuine HP ink cartridges, as third-party cartridges may not fit properly and can result in leakage.

I hope this helps.
