My aunt she lives in the USA but i am from the Caribbean, i told her to by ink cartridge for my printer. So i give her DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6400 All-in-One Printer series information 667 ink. She bought tri color 67 and black 67xl, but i give her 667 for both tri-color and black. she states that the guy in office supply said the 67 will work ,now today i try to use it and get a message Not Intended for Use in Current Device.
What can i do?
Could a printer be two region?
Cause I could get my aunt to bring which sometimes be a less expensive and buy local when needed. Plus I cannot get 667 series on Amazon or Ebay. And on hp site I cannot get 667 but 67 which is not fair. Cause local can be more expensive.
