Hi Guys,

I had the above Ink System failure on my printer recently OXC19a0022. After doing some research and speaking to support I believe the issue is likely a printhead failure. so I would like to attempt to replace the print head. First of all is this a simple plug and play job? second I have spotted that there is a version 364 and 564 type for cartridges and printheads for this printer. I cannot really find anything concrete to determine if I need to get the specific print head to match my cartridge type which is 364 or if either will work. Can someone please confirm for me?

Thank you

Lee
