I use this printer through wireless and have been very happy with it's performance. Now, however, I can't use the printer at all. My HP black XL cartridge was empty, so I replaced it with an HP 564 black XL (purchased at Staples) and got the ink system failure 0xc19a0022. I went through the suggested steps to clear the error message including switching the printer off and after 30 seconds back on, disconnecting the power cord from the printer and the wall jack (per instruction while the printer was turned ON), running an online printhead cleaning and performing a manual cleaning. I even re-installed the driver. Nothing has worked and the error message still appears. Any suggestions are welcome!

If the problem persists after you clean the printhead, you may want to replace the printhead itself. I did this when my Photosmart 7525 was getting ink cartridge errors and it fixed the problem. The replacement printheads are cartridge specific, in your case it would be the one for a 5 slot that takes 564 cartridges; this appears to be the one you need. https://www.amazon.com/Paddsun-PhotoSmart-Print-CB326-30001-CN642A/dp/B00XC1YE1A/ref=sr_1_2?keywords...
