Product: Officejet Pro 8630 e-All-in-One Printer5XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello on my Officejet Pro 8630 e-All-in-One Printer it's making a humming sound. It displays ink system pump failure. I changed the cartridges. I did a hard reset and yet it remains and I cannot move further. What can I do?
