I got an hp officejet pro 8210 from my daughter who had bought a new machine.  I attempted to downgrade the firmware to the firmware that was in the machine when she gave it to me in 2021.  The update failed.  I had disabled Web Services, and Automatic firmware updates.  Then I received an error stating that due to the absence of critical (something) the machine could not continue without updating the firmware.  When i went to accept that command, the screen did not respond, in fact nothing would work except to turn the machine off by the off/on button, or unplugging.  Is there a way to reset the printer to factory settings, if the screen won't accept any input?
