HP DeskJet 3700 All‑in‑One Printer series

I recent bought a HP Printer and my free trial has just run out.  From the beginning I only wanted the Free Plan (15 pages per month) as i rarely come close to that normally.

I do not have the option to select that plan, i'm stuck on the 3.99$ plan and cannot switch.  Yet to register a new printer the free plan is available.  Why am I not able to use the Free monthly plan?

I will be cancelling my subscription if I am forced to pay monthly.  Please help.

Hey there! @AdamN7,

You get an option to select a 15-page free plan only during the initial setup of the instant ink.

However, if you select a different plan during the initial setup of instant ink. You cannot downgrade the plan to a free plan by yourself.

We can change the page to a 15-page free plan. Where you will not be billed until you change the plan on your account.

Thanks for sharing the account details, however, next time make sure you don't post the details on a public post. As the information can be misused.

I have checked the account and downgraded the plan to a 15-page free plan. You can check your account details for the changes.

Also, This plan downgrade is not effective immediately. Change takes effect in the next billing cycle.

Hope this helps!

I'll watch your reply! 🙂
