Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Can't add my Laser Jet to my profile keeps telling me it's an invalid serial number but I think it's a Canadian product

Typically products in Canada and US are the same, that is the reason you see English , French and Spanish instructions and box labelling, so is not likely the problem. Where exactly are you getting the error?

I was trying to add the printer to my profile on HP and it does not recognize the serial number; says it's invalid.
