Product: HP OfficeJet 7612 Wide Format e-All-in-One

La stampante è bloccata con messaggio di errore per carta incastrata o sportelli aperti oppure problemi d'inchiostro. Non c'è carta inceppata, gli sportelli sono regolarmente chiusi, le cartucce sono originali. Mi viene errore 0x61011bed. Ho chiesto consulenza telefonica a pagamento ma non riesco a parlaree con nessun tecnico HP
