hello my daughter gave me a printer and i installed all updates and connected online but i get a error code 57.02 error that says turn off then turn on but it keeps happening any suggestions or is the the toner thansk so much

57.02 is a fan error and has nothing to do with your cartridges. It may be the fan itself or it could be the DC controller that runs the fan.  Also ensure that you are plugged directly into the wall, no UPS, no surge protector no outlet strips.  Shut the machine down, unplug for a minute, repower and if the error still occurs you need to replace  RK2–6270–000CN fan.
