This printer stoppped working when I had a router issue. I have replaced the router, the printer has a static ip. I can ping the ipaddress, but I cannot access the printers web page. I have run the print and scan doctor, which found no issues, however when I printed a test page from the print and scan doctor, I received the following error.
ERROR : syntaxerror
OFFENDING COMMAND: --nostringval--
STACK:
true
-dictionary-
false
/L2?
My printer is out of warranty, but I can't afford $300.00 for another printer.

Hi @FHSuccess,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an syntax error on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a NVRAM reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
