Every time I print my printer beeps and message "Press OK to view Available Media".  I checked printer preferences to verify that the following Web suggestion was not true:  "Not 100% sure but your issue is probably the fact that the manual tray is Tray 1 and the tray you think is tray 1 is actually tray 2 which is the way hp numbers its trays. So you need to check the settings for tray 2 at the printer. The best setting for that tray to choose size and type as any to both."

I tried the above and I tried downloading full set of the newest drivers.

Does anyone have any ideas.  Doesn't look like HP has any ideas or they would post.  When I google I find that this is a frequent problem.

Come On HP find and post this solution.

Any any settings on the tray is a crutch that often introduces more problems than it solves. The primary reason for this error is that the paper size and type that your program you are printing on does not match the settings on the printer. For example, you send a print job that have the settings letter size and letterhead as type. On the printer your settings on tray 2 are letter size and plain paper type. This situation will cause the printer to stop and wait for you to manually tell it to go ahead and print.
