lines in magenta and black cartridge

I have been getting lines, primarily in images but sometimes in text, when printing with my OfficeJet 3830 inkjet. I have cleaned the print heads and done the "second level cleaning", as well as aligning the print heads with the printed/scanned alignment page. On the test pages, there is always a white line in the magenta blocks, and a dark line in the black/gray blocks, about 3/4 of the way down the block. (See marked spots in the images below). Is there something I can do to solve this, or do I have a faulty ink cartridge? The cartridge came via the HP InstantInk program.

Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue.
