hello all ,
my laser jet printer m478f-9f touchscreen is unable to load up and display any icons and information . when I turn on the printer the touchscreen is showing a grid of black line on white backround and a loading/thinking process line that constantly shows "in progress " but never loads or reaches to the end of the process .
I am not able to print from HP smart app on telephone and nor through the hp smart app on my MacBook Pro as in both the printer is not shown as available for me to use .
I have tried all the restarting options and did not get anywhere .
can any one advise on what needs to be done ?
