Good afternoon,
I'm having a complete new issue with my Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw when I try to print a document (PDF) from my phone samsung s22 ultra using the HP app HP Smart.
I'm sending the order to print a document on my mobile phone and then the printer is having 3 possible behavior:
- I'm sure it's receiving the printing order as a small banner is coming down from the upper side, so quickly gone that I cannot see what is on it, but do not print anything. I'm receiving an error on my mobile phone but without any explanation, just print failed
- The printer screen is going blue and show the error code B8778EE4 and freeze or reboot. No print.
- The printer screen is going blue and show the error code B3778EE9 and freeze or reboot. No print.
I have the latest firmware update installed on my printer and HP smart is also at the latest version on my mobile phone.
I have reset the printer to factory and set again everything new, no change in the above described behavior.
Any idea, please?

Starting having the same issue a couple days ago. Same error code. I checked everything, reboots etc. It's only happening trying to print from my Android phone. It prints fine from my Kindle.
Uninstalled the HP Smart App and it prints just fine without it.
