Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble printing onto sticker paper with my HP Envy Photo 7155. I created stickers in a graphics application, and now am trying to print them onto sticker paper. It's a little bit heavier than label paper (for example, think cardstock with a full size label attached to it).
The graphics application is set up so that when it prints, it will print a border around the images. The border is what the cutting machine uses to sense where it needs to cut.
My issue is this: I have a full page of images, but the printer will only print at the bottom of the page, and then only half-images (left). I tried a print to regular paper, and the image on the right is the result. Is there a certain setting I should use? If so, what? The sticker paper I am using is letter size (8.5" x 11"). Thanks for any insight you may have.

Thank you, Riddle_Decipher. I wasn't sure if it was me or the paper... and it's the paper. Frustrating, but now I will need to find a work-around for this. Thanks again for the quick reply. Much appreciated.

Thank you for your response. It is great to hear from you again and your patience is greatly appreciated. As @Riddle_Decipher is out for the day, I am responding on his behalf. Please check on the workaround and let us know how things pan out.
Thanks and have a blessed week ahead.

Hi @DavidSMP - I decided to give it another try... I bought regular 8 1/2 x 11 sticker paper (full sheet labels) and put it in the printer. I remembered @Riddle_Decipher said that the printer would accept different paper settings, so I explored the menus. I figured it couldn't hurt... right? So I changed the printer setting from "plain paper" to "matte professional paper". The result? SUCCESS!!!
Now I can put these through the diecut machine and have my own stickers. Many thanks to both of you for your help.
Have a great week!PRINTING SUCCESS!
