Cannot correct margins.  I tried the recommendation to unplug the printer and wait 60 seconds that did not work still get the below picture.  Did not make any adustments prior to this happening.  It worked one day and not the next.

Have you tried printing a different type of document to see if it is possibly a setting in a program and not an issue with the printer? Do the test prints from the control panel of the printer look ok?

Hi,

I would also suggest to remove and reload the paper into the input tray, then evaluate the prompt on the screen and ensure the correct paper size is set for the printer such as A4 or US Letter, an incorrect paper settings may also cause such behavior.

Repairatrooper,  thanks for your assistance.  I tried your suggestion and the printouts did not change.  so I decided to reset to factory default settings then reconnected the WIFI and it started printing normally.  I guess if all else fails, reset.
