mirror printing for t shirt transfers

i have an envy 4500 series all in one printer, i have had it for a number of year and can any one tell me why HP has removed the t shirt transfer option, it will not reverse any image, i cannot print t shirt transfers now, please dont say use editing software, none of the free ones allow this, why has HP removed a function of the printer which is a handy thing to have.

i am up the the creek without the paddle, why reduce fuctionality on a product?

Use the Windows Paint app to flip a design horizontally for iron-on transfer printing.
Right-click the item you are printing, and then select Paint from the Open with menu.
On the Home menu, click Rotate, and then click Flip horizontal to create the mirror image.

Why have I got to use another program to do what the printer always did until hp decided not to include it in an update  have tried it with paint, no good, trying to copy a document treated in Google docs online and centre all lines, but paint doesnt have a function to do this, this is really poor from hp to delete this function, I have made many t shirt transfers over the years and know find with an update hp has stopped the printer in a proper function, this is the way to drive customers away, can you recommend another manufacturer who still allows this

Ended up using an Epson xp series printer which still has the mirror function, sorted it without any help from hp, looks like the hp once the inks are used will be replaced with an Epson printer
