Product: OfficeJet 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For several years my OfficeJet8600 has been printing randon one to twoliner texts containing the words "mstsash=Administr. The printer is connected to my home wifi network. So are also my other printersm, but it is only my HP OfficeJet which is recieving this kind of messages.

 

I have tried all tips I have found here, but with no success.

 

If iHP is not able to stop this **bleep** I will stop using HP printers, becuause this is not acceptable. I see there are several folks around the world with the same problem and now it is time to come forward with a solid and simple solution,

I reviewed your post and I understand that there are random words printing in every printout.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Do you see these words when you make a copy?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the printer firmware following the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
