my Hp envy photo 7800 has the question mark lit up

my Hp envy photo 7800 has the question mark  on the screen highlighted.  I have unplugged, downloaded firmware, and cleaned cartridges and nothing.  i clicked on the question mark but it only takes me to a menu of options that do not really identify the issue.  My printer will not print.
